This is a beautiful PREMIUM ARTISAN gravlax made with NZ King Salmon and local Bellarine Distillery award winning Teddy & The Fox Gin. It's cured for 72 hrs in our secret mix of salt, sugar, white pepper and orange zest and coated with fresh dill. It is then cold smoked.
Random weight calculated at processing normally 800-1.2 kgs @ $179.95/kg.

Your order is prepared fresh and delivered in a refrigerated truck. This means that deliveries are dispatched once a week. All orders placed by 5 pm on Monday will be delivered that week.
Metro Melbourne and Regional Victoria will receive deliveries on Thursday or Friday, depending on your location.
Geelong, the Bellarine, and Surf Coast will receive deliveries on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, depending on your location.
