Shipping Policy

All products are transported using refrigerated carriers. For home deliveries, items will be shipped with ice packs in an insulated container. We cannot take responsibility for goods left at the front door when no one is present. Any issues must be reported on the day of delivery to orders@bellarinesmokehouse.com.

Please note that we do not deliver refrigerated goods to PO Boxes.

Returns

We do not accept returns of products unless there is an issue with the packaging or use-by dates. We will replace goods deemed unsuitable. All issues must be communicated within 24hrs of delivery to 0434 229 680 or via email orders@bellarinesmokehouse.com .
