Is Upstairs Bellarine disabled friendly?

Although we strive to accommodate various abilities, our facility is situated on the second floor and is only accessible via a wide stairwell with double handrails. However, we do offer a ground floor space for special events that is fully accessible, along with a complete restroom for disabled access that includes a shower.
