Bellarine Smokehouse is the passion project of dynamic duo Jason Smith (aka Chief Smoking Officer) and Sarah Fenton, our fearless Fish Boss. We’re all about sustainable seafood, sourcing only the best from Victoria, the Northern Territory, South Australia, and New Zealand. Our philosophy? Keep it simple, keep it premium. Just salt, smoke, and time - no preservatives, no fuss, just pure, delicious taste.

Our Process
It starts with...
Premium fish sourced from the most sustainable suppliers available.
Salt it up
Our ingredients…a sprinkle of salt, a cloud of smoke. We don’t use any preservatives or additives in our process. Nitrate free, gluten free, everything free!
Smoke & time
Our environment informs our flavour - we use local coastal tea-tree and the most important ingredient = TIME.
