Learn how to make Gnocchi with Chef Antony Campbell at Bellarine Smokehouse + Provedore this winter school holidays. A perfect cooking class for the budding chef in your family - Chef Antony will teach them the art of Ricotta Gnocchi.
It will be fun, informative and fill their tummy's with deliciousness. The group will feast on their hard work at the end of the cooking class. As well each young chef will take home a full serving of gnocchi to cook for the family at home.
Date: Sat 5th & Sun 6th
Times: 10.30-12pm & 1.30-3pm each day
Where: Bellarine Smokehouse + Provedore - Cooking School
'Upstairs Bellarine'.16/93 Murradoc Rd, Drysdale, VIC
What to bring: Everything is provided including an apron to wear on the day. Please wear comfortable clothing to suit the season and we recommend flat and enclosed shoes. Aprons will be provided for use during the session, or feel free to bring your favourite one!
Extra info: Please note that the cooking school is as the name suggests upstairs at our Provedore in Drysdale and there is no lift access to the second story. There is parking at the front of the Provedore. Please notify us at the time of booking if you have any food allergies that may affect the safe enjoyment of your cooking class.
