Let's make Mozzarella, Burrata and Stracciatella cheese!!

Learn to make Mozzarella, Burrata and Stracciatella. Watch milk science occur and form a mass that is smooth, shiny and gradually you can stretch it and form a Burrata and fill it with Stracciatella.

Stracciatella are thin strands of mozzarella swimming in cream.

The Burrata is the final product in the process of putting together the mozzarella and the stracciatella and encase to form the Burrata. Pure decadence!!

You will be taken through a step by step process and you will learn to stretch your curd, make the stracciatella and the burrata. You will take home the cheese you make along with the recipes
